Why: “Join the Cumberland County Young Democrats for our June Monthly Meeting and Freedom Night, a special evening of fellowship, community, and celebration. This gathering will mark our first meeting in our new headquarters space, making it an exciting opportunity to come together, build connections, and celebrate this new chapter for CCYD as we continue growing our impact across Cumberland County.
We’ll begin with a brief business meeting to discuss upcoming events, volunteer opportunities, and ways to get involved in our work across Cumberland County. Following the meeting, we’ll transition into a Juneteenth-inspired cookout where members, supporters, current candidates running for office, friends, and family can connect and build community together.
This event is open to all ages. Whether you’re a longtime member or attending your first CCYD event, we invite you to join us for an evening of meaningful conversation, good food, and fellowship.
