WOW is a grassroots movement born from a simple but powerful belief that no neighbor in our community should face inequities, disparities, or crises alone.
Based in the heart of Westover and also serving our surrounding Cumberland County neighbors, we provide direct action and advocacy to ensure every resident has the support they need to overcome barriers and access their best quality of life
Our Story: Rooted in Community
Founded by Fayetteville native and Westover resident Dr. Katie Entrocaso, WOW’s community purpose is to bridge the gap between residents and the essential resources and services they deserve.
WOW seeks to ensure that educational, community, and emergency resources are not just available, but truly accessible.
WOW is proud to be a community-organized and community-funded initiative, providing a local safety net for Westover and our Cumberland County neighbors.
We endeavor to ensure that our residents seeking educational, community, and/or emergency resources find local support, and a clear, navigable path to success for themselves and their families.
